Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our products, perishable items such as rice, grains, pulses, and other food products cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • We do not accept returns for gift cards or digital products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Perishable goods beyond their expiry date.

  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact us at info@makmahrfarms.com with your order details, reason for return, and proof of purchase.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Send the product to the provided return address. Please do not return items to any address other than the one we confirm.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at info@makmahrfarms.com with your order details.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
